Two factions at my company are battling over which homepage redesign is best. Was hoping I could get some designers to take a quick (like, one minute) preference test to help out.
After taking the test, if you'd like to give more in-depth feedback here, by all means please do.

Thanks!
Do some live AB testing to see which one results in more of whatever you are going for (purchases / inquiries / signup / etc)

I love the smell of design by committee in the morning, smells like victory.
It's not design by committee. It's "prove the designers know what they're talking about and stop trying to micromanage them".
Even better
Been there and done that before, you'll get there though it's always going to be a hard sell.
Good luck.
Thanks. Our profession really can be a beatdown sometimes. Everyone with Word or PowerPoint is a designer.![]()
As a designer and a golfer I prefer, "700,000 Tee Times. 6,300 Golf Courses. One Search. No Fees."
That makes more sense to me than, "Saving 78% on the same round of golf."
Plus the blue bar lends more contrast.
The only problem is that visual hierarchy trumps all.
I still read, "A free time search engine with no strings attached" before I get to any of the good stuff.
I like the blue band one...but im not sure if this is a troll topic

Apologies - I tried taking it. My browser crashed. Now it won't let me take it again.
FWIW, I preferred the one with more blue and the text "Search over x courses and compare tee times." I felt as though that was a better call to action than "Save up to 78%..."
