what are your first impressions? see any obvious errors?

also, when you click 'flash' or windows media' etc, the animated box, does it seem a bit jumpy?

Ive just added favicon to the site aswell, not sure its scaled to well though?

Favicon looks fine to me. Design is nice and the source code is pretty clean

One suggestion on something you could fix is that your menu does not link to seperate pages (I assume you did that so the page doesnt refresh and makes it smoother for the user). This could hurt you in search engines potentially, and also does not allow users to bookmark your pages. If this is not a concern of yours however, it should be fine to leave it as it is.

I see what you mean about the Flash button jumping slightly. I wouldnt worry about it, its not too noticeable. You could try a different Javascript for it - I recommend mootools.
