Desk Setup reccomendation?

Hello,
I have a Macbook air 13 in. I am looking for a Laptop stand that will work with this. I will also be connecting this to a display,speakers,keyboard,etc. Any recommendations?

Do you think the MBA is capable of being connected to two external displays? And what is a good ipad stand for my desk as well? Im looking at the Grifin A frame.
