desktop and desktop (original)

I just got my imac and restored from a backup and now i have a desktop and desktop (original). They are both about 657 mb. Can i delete one and if so which one?

Thank you for the quick response. Another thing that has stumped me is how i got that? I am new to mac and i am finding my way around and don't want to ruin this beautiful machine. I am scared to do anything without researching it. I love this machine. Switching to mac has been the best decision I have made in terms of computers. Should have done this years ago.
