desktop easy access?

hi guys, im new to the os x and macair.
i would like a feature bit like windows where when i got alot of windows open i can just click on the desktop and it will minimise the windows and bring it right up without any hindrance, is there somewhere in the settings this can be done?

an posibly when i have multiple windows open, the window i click on anywhere within it becomes forefront?

Hi,

You'll find new ways to do things in OS X.

Yes, there is a show desktop shortcut, I have it on F11. It slides all other windows out of the way so you can get to your desktop.

There's also expose which tiles out all of your windows across the screen. Then you just click the one you want and it brings it to the front.

However, you can still just click anywhere on another window and it'll come to the front.

Look under system preferences --> Expose and spaces to configure your computer to do this...
