Desktop Folder displays incorrect name/language

Hi there! I'm new here however I'm facing a problem with my macbook pro 2011 (MacOS High Sierra)
as the title say: I have a folder which name are display in an incorrect language,
The System language is Spanish however in the Desktop folder (Escritorio) it displays "Desktop " in English,
and I would like to change it to the original name
it's a little bit annoying, I've been surfing but I couldn't find anything related to it
It would be great if anyone can help me to fix it,

Did you try the way given in the post marked 'solved' ?.

I think a restart afterwards would be needed, at least I think it usually is when switching system language & wanting appropriate folder names.
