How can I erase the eyetv icon from my desktop? I tried to remove it from my dock but let go to early and it kinda got stuck there! I can't select it, move it.. anything!! I reset my desktop image but still no change!! :confused:

heh heh, i've never seen that before. have you rebooted yet? i'm betting that it'd be all fixed after that. so then you can just try dragging it out of the Dock again.

i can't think of anything else? :confused:

yeah, that did the job.. should of done that in the first place! :rolleyes:

Glad it's all worked out. Just thought I'd mention that you have the same desktop wallpaper as I do. Cool isn't it? You also reminded me it's about time for a change.

I had this happen with my Finder icon once. It seems like restarting the Dock fixed it. You can restart the Dock a couple ways; my favorite is to use the command "killall Dock" in Terminal. You can also do it with Activity Monitor.
