Desktop Pane in Preferences

Since installing Yos 10.10 my Desktop and ScreenSaver pane won't open in System Preferences. Error box comes up and says 'could not load...'

Anyone?
 
Same issue, different pane.

I have the same issue with iCloud Pane. There are no issues with permissions either.
