desktop picture Changing on its own!

Hello.
I've got a Rmbp running 10.8.1. Every now and then After a restart ill get
a blue desktop picture. Ive unchecked the change picture option in preference.
I also noticed if i restart again it may go back and it may not. then i have to manual change it back.

Any ideas what it may be?

I've noticed this as well, notably when booting on a differing power source than what I shut down with (ie. shut down while on battery, powered up on AC).

You accepted the Plugins suddenly

Just clear the unneccessory Plugins

I have no 3rd party plugins installed except Flash.

I am seeing this issue too with os x 10.8.2 Mountain Lion rMBP 15"

Minor but annoying!
