Desktop Snap to Grid

I apologize for what might be obvious and/or simple but where can I find the ability / command in Sonoma to turn off / turn on Snap To Grid; specifically, when I CONTROL CLICK on an empty part of the desktop I no longer see in Sonoma (as I did in Ventura) the ability to turn off / turn on snap to grid.

Senior moment...i just realized the cause of the problem, I had Use Stacks enabled which forces the Snap to Grid! Apologies!!

Will leave this thread in place in case it helps others!!

It helped me. Transitioning from my Intel iMac to new M3 iMac.

Stacks isn't quite the same as snap to grid since it doesn't allow you to place the icon where you want (It moves it over to the right side of the screen). Am I missing something or is this how it is supposed to work?
