Desktop Switching/Mission Control Lag?

Anyone experiencing bad lag with mission control animations and desktop switching with 3-finger swipe in Yosemite? Sometimes it hangs with half the screen in either desktop, and other times its just jerky/bad.

I'm seeing the same kind of performance hiccups and lag.

Feels comparable to Windows with out video card drivers installed at times.

Late 13" rMBP (i5 2.6Ghz) / 16GB/256GB

Yea... sometimes its bad and sometimes its smooth.
