Destroyed Fotos with Apple Fotos

Hi there,
here are 2 examples of destroyed pictures after import to Apple Fotos App.
Anybody else here'd about this ?

My system is up to date, fotos take with iPhone SE on latest OS - nothing special there

Do they still appear broken after a computer restart?

Have you tried Image Capture (Spotlight > Image Capture) to import those photos to your Mac?

or try syncios see if they download ok.

ty maybe baking up photos then reinstalling iphoto.
