Current Deal! Deus Ex: Human Revolution is on sale on the MAS for $9.99!!

That's the cheapest by far since I've been following its price about a year back.

Guess what I'm doing? :)

If anyone prefers it on steam (where it's been cheaper in the past) it should be SteamPlay quite soon .

I'm playing it right now on my Wii U, and the gamepad is awesome, esp. for hacking...but obviously, if you are gung-ho for cheap games, paying $50 for the game, on top of $300 for a Wii U isn't going to do it for you...

Where is that info from? I'm wondering if I missed it somehow.

The reason I ask is that I recall Edwin from Feral specifically telling us there was no plans to make their existing catalog available on Steam but rather to consider new titles for there going forward.

It's on the steam db (http://steamdb.info/app/238010/#section_history and I think Edwin mentioned it either here or at IMG.

Their plans changed, Xcom is SteamPlay, as is Arkham City.

He made that comment following the release of XCOM but I did wonder what was going on when I saw Arkham City release.

Thanks for pointing that out. Works for me! I like playing stuff on Steam and some of the games Feral has done I had already owned on Steam as Windows titles, including this one. Fortunately for Feral though, I'd since repurchased them as their Mac versions on the MAS so they don't lose my sales there. Normally, I might feel bad about something like this but in this case I don't. :D

Amazing game. I picked it up for $49 on its release in April of 2012 from the Mac App Store, ha. Worth every penny.

Hmm, I wonder if there will be an upgrade to the Director's Cut Edition. I hope so.

The Directors Cut is a Steam exclusive for Mac/PC. It won't be on other stores using Feral DRM or the Mac App Store. Those stores get the currently available Mac exclusive "ULTIMATE EDITION" instead.
