After jailbreaking my sisters OTB 1.1.3 iPhone using downgrades, upgrades and the dev team jailbreak, i decided to do the same to my iphone which has bootloader 3.9, however, after going through all the upgrading to 1.1.3, then downgrade to 1.1.1--->up to 1.1.2, and use the dev team jailbreak, it worked, except for the fact that my springboard is empty, and it shows no applications when i unlock, I am currently restoring back to 1.1.1 and downgrading the baseband, any reason why the apps are gone?

Well now thinking about your first question, it looks like it f'ed up your m68ap.plist. If you wouldve fixed that, problem solved. But, with my AT&T phone, got it at 1.0.2, so i think i have the 3.9 bootloader, I upgraded to a flatout 1.1.3, used the original cmd prompt version of ziphone, worked pefectly. But if you are trying to unlock a 3.9 bootloader, Zibri has just released ZiPhone 1.2. Link to his blog: http://zibree.blogspot.com/
