Is there a way to test out apps I'm developing in XCode while I learn Objective-C on my iPhone instead of the simulator if I have a free Dev account and a jailbroken iPhone on 7.0.4?

Don't use xcode much but if it lets you compile a .app file, you can install appsync and then drag from desktop into iTunes.
I used to do that but with adobe builder on windows before I made a hackintosh.

Tried that (stole the .app from the Build>Products>Debug-iphoneossimulator), put it in iTunes, and synced. It's on my homescreen but it says installing forever. I can't open it.
