All Devices Developer account due to iOS log files

I want to install some logging profiles in iOS. As far as I understand, those can be installed only when you have a developer account...?

Do I understand it correctly that I can create a free developer account with my Apple ID?

And what is most important - Are there any negative impacts, aspects, possible issues, obligations if I do register my private Apple ID with free Developer account? Respectively, I normally do not need a Dev. account - I would like it only for those testing profiles. Will I have some possibly unwanted obligations/responsibilities by registering such account?

What is it you’re trying to do? What type of logs are we talking about. You don’t necessarily need to create a developer account.

Baseband. There are no logs on it in system/Analytics.
