Developer and AppleCare

Hi, I recently upgraded to the iPhone os 4.0 beta. I need to bring my iphone in to the genus bar because I have those stress fractures around my dock connector and headphone jack. My phone is provisioned by my roommate who I am developing apps with. Does anyone have experience with this, I don't want apple to give me a hard time because I'm running the beta.

Idk, I don't think there would be a problem, I cant see them leaving developers hung up to dry if they have problems with a phone. But the way things have been going lately at school for me, I guess im just not in the most optimistic of moods lol.
