Something to do with tomorrows event, perhaps?

EDIT: Spelling: developer.apple.com/iphone

developer.apple.com/iphone down for updates

Anyone else noticed that the iphone developer site is currently down for maintenance?

Wonder if they are getting it ready for tomorrow... new SDK maybe?

Mine isn't redirecting. Of course, considering most of these sites are hosted by caching servers, it's likely one of us is seeing a non-current page.

EDIT: Another thread is reporting an outage as well.

This is very odd... my laptop can connect no problem and I can login too... however the desktop still gets the site is down link..I've flushed the local cache for each system

Both systems are on the same network and NATed so get the same internet IP.

Apple iPhone Developer Connection is Down! Tablet SDK and iPhone OS 4.0beta imminent?

Hey Guys,

I'm an iPhone developer and when I went to log into the developer portal tonight I was greeted with the following message:

http://devimages.apple.com/comebacksoon/

It's very similar to how the Apple Store goes down when they are updating it.

iPhone OS 4.0 (or 3.2) and the Tablet SDK are just around the corner!

It's not down for me, and there's no way they'll do an update BEFORE the announcement tomorrow.

It's back now... I wouldn't be surprised if there updating things "under the hood" so they can update the site quickly tomorrow.

Also I submitted an update for my App and its been "Waiting for Review" for about a week now. Other developers are reporting the same thing. Wouldn't be surprised if tomorrow's announcement the reason for Apple's delays. Before, updates only took 2-3 days to get through.
