LOL, I just had to tease with the subject.

Just saw this reported and I'm really curious to see if it ever gets past 60% in development, or if it's another hoax.

Will be interesting to see what comes of it. Seems a bit sketch to me. It's like "partially upgrading OS versions on a computer" ...

I already started a thread on this topic.

Also, this tool doesn't allow for an upgrade. It allows for a semi-restore, thus the name.
