If I pay the $99 for the Mac Developer Program will I be able to also download iOS 5 for free today?

Lol I think he said that because being a part of the Mac Developer program doesn't give you access to the iOS 5 betas. You need to join the iOS Developer program

Though technically, you wouldn't be getting iOS 5 beta for free since your going to pay $99 just to use iOS 5 a couple of months earlier. Unless of course your interested in picking up programming
