You need to join the iOS Developer program http://developer.apple.com/devcenter/ios/index.action https://developer.apple.com/programs/ios/ Though technically, you wouldn't be getting iOS 5 beta for free since your going to pay $99 just to use iOS 5 a couple of months earlier. Unless of course your interested in picking up programming
