I keep getting the same error around 12 to 10 minutes left in installation, "An error occurred installing MacOS - You can try again to complete the installation."

Apparently a lot of people have this issue and there has been no solution. However, a lot of people also manage to do install the Big Sur beta.

Would any of you awesome guys willing to help me out and give me a weekend of Big Sur Beta Bliss?

Make sure you back up before you do any of this. Some people have come on here after experiencing crashes that are difficult to diagnose or restore when using Big Sur. You should probably not run it on any computer you depend on for reasons other than actual testing (including testing that requires a beta XCode).

When you say things like "Big Sur Beta Bliss", it concerns me that you may be one of the ones that will return with questions as to how to get your machine back up and running soon after this.

I had the same issues with the Mac OS Big Sur Developer Beta 5 from updating to from Beta 4 to beta 5, I do put my test OS on a external hard drive, so yesterday I deleted what was what was on my external hard drive and reinstalled Big Sur and I got the Developer Beta 5 installed. After I deleted everything off my external hard drive that had Big Sur Beta 4 installed, I had no issues install Beta 5 on it

ive had it happen about 4 times with the latest beta. another poster told me to open terminal and type software update -ia

its supposed to continue the download rather than restart, however mine has now been stuck on 34.85% for most of today so I dont know whether to quit and retype it.
