Does any one know how to install applications that you code and design in Xcode. I have iphone 2.0 and I get an error message all the time

Your mobile device has encountered an unexpected error (0xE8000001) during the install phase: Verifying application

Try disconnecting and powering off the device; then power the device on and reconnect it.

Any suggestions.

Please help me...

I have this strange feeling that you are not a paying member of the iPhone Developer Program. Only those who were accepted and paid the $99 can test applications on a device.

Ohh

So I need to become a developer to do this. By change do you know to submit applications to the App Store

Same deal...

In order to test applications on an actual device and submit them to the app store, you must be accepted (which I hear is happening to more people now) and pay $99.

bummer

Thats too bad that apple is doing that. I have a nice program that I was going to release but I now know what i have to do to submit it.

P.S. Do you know what's going with Tapulus's tap Tap Revenge app. I cant download it I get an error says its no longer avalibe

:(

is it that hard to get accepted? that holdon application looked really dumb...yet that person was accepted

Acceptance was pretty much a lottery, there was no real application involved. It was only hard in the sense that a lot of people wanted to get in and they only had a limited number of spots.

iPhone SDk Beta 9 UITableView Tutorials

Hi,

Does any one know of any iPhone SDk Beta 9 UITableView Tutorials that can help me populate a UITableView? using the add button??

Please help me. I am stuck here now

So let me get this right.
I am completely new to developing. I downloaded an example from the ADC.

I DO have an iPod Touch. I have NOT paid $99 and have no plan of doing so.
I want to test the example app on the iPod.
Is the $99 fee just for putting files up on the store, or is it also to test them?
Thanks!

But can I download the SDK and install my own Applications on my iPhone?

No. The free SDK only lets you run applications in the iPhone Simulator. To install your application on your iPhone, you need to be a $99/year developer.
