iOS developing iphone apps for forum platform websites?

Is there a App "wrapper" already out there that is for websites that have discussion forum platforms like vublletin as the heart of the site?

Macrumors uses vbulletin. Is there and app for this website?

Does anyone know where to get the starter code for something like this project? Thanks

For a forum, thats not going to be easy. I haven't seen a good implementation of a native forum client on the iphone yet, although I don't know if anyone else has been working on one.
