Hi everyone
Yesterday I received my MBP M1 bought second hand, at first impression everything was ok, but when I upgraded to Ventura (the upgrade went well without any problem) I received a notification "adidas AG can automatically control your mac", I tried to check with the terminal "sudo profiles show- type enrollment" I got a lot of information about the owner, the seller blocked me

What can I do ? :'(

Sounds like you've bought a stolen computer. If you bought the computer through eBay, return it. Otherwise you could use the info you've found from listing the profiles to see if they'd remove the computer from their system, but otherwise you're stuck here.

If all else fails you might try providing this person's name to Adidas. Maybe they still work there and just nicked an "unused" laptop and sold it...
