DFU Restore and error (14)

I press the power button to boot my iPad Air ver1. The Apple logo comes up for 10sec and then goes away. The iPad will not boot. I tried to do a DFU Restore but not even that worked. I got an error (14) msg. I dont k know what to do, can anyone help?
