Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction, Native installer.

Simply put I need help finding the native installer for Diablo 2: Lord of destruction. For some reason, and I think that it is my ISP, I can not download the installer from the blizzard site.

I was able to find the native installer for the non expansion Diablo 2 elsewhere, but I could not find the one for the expansion Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction.

Any help and links welcome
