What program do you guys use to diagnose your Mac Pro -- checks for any faulty issues (ram, hard drive, etc.). Just want to include this as part of my monthly maintenance. Thoughts?

Back in the day tech tool pro had a terrible reputation. I guess they've improved?

I use Scannerz (http://scsc-online.com/Scannerz.html). One of the tools in the package named Performance Probe is on all the time because if there's a slow down I like to know why (90% of the time it's either mds indexing or Safari Web Processes ramping up from an abusive website).
