Dialer buttons unresponsive after 4.3.1 JB

I got a call today and I was unable to answer, took about 6 tries before it registered, and once it did answer, the buttons in the bottom part of the dialer are unresponsive as well, specifically the hide keypad and end call buttons.

I tested them out in safe mode and they work fine, which has me thinking it's a tweak or theme causing the problem.

Anybody else run into this or know a fix?

were you able to find the solution? im having the same problem i have to wait a while before i can answer its really annoying. i wonder if it has anything to do with themes?

I experienced this a couple of times but it's since cleared itself up (or at least I hope...I should bite my tongue before it returns!)

I'm also on 4.3.1 jb

Has anyone ever figured out what was causing this and/or a solution to it? Mine is doing the same and its starting to really annoy me.
