It is a known fact that the bride and bridegroom exchange rings on their wedding day, but have you ever heard, that everyone present on that auspicious occasion get rings to wear? This is no joke! It is a custom from Persia, which is still practiced. Everybody attending the wedding gets a diamond ring, as a token of appreciation for attending the ceremony!
 
That's a bit impractical, or do they only invite a few guests to these weddings?
