I'm stumped on this one. About an hour ago, my dictation stopped working on my 4S. Press the mic, say a few words and press Done, and I get the three dots - forever. Doesn't matter what App, whether it's texting, notes, email - dictation doesn't work.
Siri, however, works fine.
I can use Siri to send a text. I just can't get dictation to work when I tap the mic on the keyboard. The audio registers (you can see the mic change colors), but no text ever comes back. Just those three little dots, which don't go away until I cancel.
I've powered off the phone, disabled & re-enabled Siri. No luck. I'm out of ideas... Any suggestions?
