macOS Dictionary Development Kit - where is it??

I'd like to build my own dictionary. I'm on 10.8.3 and downloaded the latest version of Xcode (4.6.1), but it seems like there is NO Dictionary Development Kit on my Mac.

How can I find my build_dict.sh file?

If I run "ls -l /Developer*" in the Terminal, it says ls: /Developer*: No such file or directory.

Any help would be appreciated.

So basically, you need to download the Dictionary Development Kit separately and need a Dev account. Once you download it, you simply follow the rules on that site.

One quick question: I managed to get the Dictionary Development Kit about a year ago and I still have it saved somewhere, but I've now updated to Mavericks. Can I still use it, or is there an updated version for Mavericks now?
