Ever since I got iPad Air 5 I’ve been using it with LG Ultrafine 4K display and it always had this issue: when you put your iPad into sleep mode with the monitor connected - the monitor will display black color, kind of indicating it’s sleeping, but it’s actually doing so with backlit on and rendering 4k black pixels. Today I have noticed that apparently iPad on 16.4.1 is actually putting the display asleep! Did you experience the same?

Yes, 16.4 fixed it. Also, if you have anything attached to your monitor’s USB ports (assuming your iPad is connected to it USB-C to USB-C), they will remain connected/charging.

I just updated my old ipad 2 to 16.4.1...any other problems to look out for? I upgraded from 15.7.
