Did anyone ever get this to work?

i have tried to install the iphone ichat thing on my own php server but with no luck, anyone been able to do it? here is the link:

I'd like to play with it, but I don't think it wise to route my AIM username/password through an unsecured server.

i guess thats true, but if you are able to get it to work on your own server it would be better, i just wanted to see if anyone was able to figure it out

I won't use a webbased IM app on my iPhone, unless I wrote it my self. Too much of a risk of someone stealing your info.

ya, but i think that since the source code is there you can modify it heavily, besides i can just an account that i dont really care about anyway
