Maybe you can start off by saying which features as I'm sure many here have never used outlook (myself included).
are you mad that you have another app with those features? or are we playing corporate apologism tonight ?Unsubscribe button

I've been enjoying these features for over a year with outlook. It's crazy to me.

Focused inbox? You mean unread? Mail has had that since forever.
Why does this trouble you?Mail basically copied all the features of Outlook for iOS. Almost seems blatant to me. I imagine Microsoft is upset right now.
Anyone else notice?
I don't see that button on the bottom left in the iOS Outlook app. I mean the apps are similar in displaying email on a white background and all of that, but they are fairly different looking that it's not hard to tell which one you are in even just from a glance, which means they are certainly far from being copied of each other (other than basically as much as they are given that they do the same kinds of things). The OP is right, there is an Outlook for iOS look and feel. I actually really like Outlook for iOS, I just stopped using it because I didn't get rid of the default mail connections and was getting 2x the notifications.
It is even a copy down to the new mail only button on the bottom left.
If we just could get a "Read Receipt" option...
I've always found Outlook doesn't update it's Notification screen, despite running in the background and having Background App Refresh set to on.
Has anybody else found it to show old data in the NC until you actually open the app?

Nope. Not for me. Opens with text showing. No fade-in.On the subject of the Mail app, can anyone test this for me -
Open Mail.
Press Home button.
Open Mail again via the Icon or via app switcher.
When the Mail app opens, there is a white background that fades in with the app. Some other apps seem to do this for no reason (Phone from my quick testing).
Look forward to seeing you post this anytime there is a 'complain about Samsung copying Apple' threadare you mad that you have another app with those features? or are we playing corporate apologism tonight ?
They finally added quite a few features but still the Apple Mail app still lacks a lot of things. Airmail and Spark are much better if you ask me.
