Did Apple removed Notes Sync in iOS 4.1 ?

In 4.0 I was able to Sync my iPhone Notes to Mail.app using MobileMe Sync. Now in 4.1 I can't find the Notes options in iPhone Settings.

Yes it was there on iOS 4.0 - 4.01 and 4.02 but not on my 4.1. Perhaps this feature was removed to make the iPhone 3G more faster in 4.1 ?

It's back in 4.2 with OTA ipad sync functionality as well...

It was removed from the iPhone 3G due to performance problems. It's listed in the changelog for 4.1 I believe.
