I 'google' this issue but can't find a clear answer. If this is a common problem, please let me know. Anyway, I brought my Wifi iPad yesterday. Everything was going fine until I went on the youtube app. My internet connection is pretty fast, I think. The video plays but there are small blue streaks on the screen. This occurred to every videos i played. I assumed it was youtube app problem until I download the ABC app. It is the same thing. Please help me. I don't want to bring it to the store looking like a fool. I provided some pictures as well as my speed test. Funny thing is that when I screen capture on the iPad, it does not show. So I took it on my crappy phone. Thanks for the help.

you should do a screen shot with the iPad instead of using your phone camera so you can avoid glare, ambient light and also having a yellow background doesn't help.

I don't think a screenshot would show problems with the graphics.

Did you even read the first post? He specifically said the screenshot didn't show the dots...

I find many people here like my X-Wife. They get a small piece of the story and then proceed to tell you everything you did wrong.

I'll bet he read the title and saw the pics and just went to posting. Know it alls ARRRRGHH!!!

That's definately a lemon. Apple customer service is awesome, well it is here in Australia anyway.

I just had to use Apples customer service here in Australia for my wife iPhone (dead backlighting), they just shipped a refurb, got it the next day, put the dead one in the box attached the stickers and sent it back. Totally painless.
