So I've done the group seminar, interview with store manager, and interview with store leader. i have my final interview with the market leader tomorrow.

not gonna lie i've done really well on all of them.

did i pretty much get the job and this last interview is to confirm?

If you still have an interview scheduled tomorrow, then no you don't.

You're been making the cut, but that doesn't mean you have a job in hand. Also be aware that the Market leader will have other interviews scheduled for tomorrow (or in the subsequent days) for that same position. You're still in the hunt which is good news but its not a slam dunk yet

Only until you get an offer [in writing] can you say that.
