Did I just "prove" that we are getting new iMacs on April 20?

The image on the left is taken from one of Apple's first(?) ads for their first(?) Macintosh computers and the slogan back then was "For the rest of us." and the screen with the "hello." and the whole thing of being able to draw free hand on a Mac was a big part of Apple's ads for many of the early Macs (I'm not old enough to remember any of this, so excuse me if what I wrote is not 100% correct.)

Yes, I realize that the "el" doesn't match 100% and that it might just be coincidence as Apple has had similar looking graphic designs for previous events.

Another thing that adds to this is if we think back at the original Macintosh logo that predates the grey vector graphic that we know today: The original Apple logo at the time of the original "Macintosh" computers was the same rainbow colors as the cursive "doodles" for the April 20 event. The direction and position of the leaf and the "bite" of the Apple in the "Spring Loaded" invite also kinda fits with the old Macintosh logo:

Are the April 20 doodles just random graphic design or is Apple hinting at "going back" to Mac and launching the most "For the rest of us." personal computer ever with new, completely redesigned ARM iMacs?

The supposed iMac leaks would certainly fit quite well with a "rainbow" of colors too

iPads Pro, on the other hand, wouldn't fit so well with something colorful as all Apple's "Pro" desktop and laptops (and tablets) are all Space Grey or metallic/aluminum.

No orangey / red iMacs predicted. Theory debunked.

I do hope it is iMacs though. It's time to get rid off some of the old Intel Macs and since I cannot find a screen that I like that does not cost $5000, I have decided that an iMac may well be the way to go.

This would be great. I still remember 2015 and 2017 iMacs "HAD to be re-designed by now!" with everyone hanging on a thread, and nothing happened.

Most likely this event will unveil new iPad Pros in multiple colors (they already switched the iPad Air lineup to a range of colors) and Mini LED screens. It is possible that Apple will also announce release dates for a new AppleTV and the long overdue Air Tags.

The OP is making so many logical leaps in the initial post that even the aliens guy on History Channel called the theory a stretch...

I think and hope you are correct. "Spring" -- now, "loaded" referring to ARM. The "el" is a good catch, and the color scheme fits. Why would they waste time with multi-color iPad pros? But, could be all wishful thinking. I'm holding off to go ARM generation 2 or later, in the next Mini or laptop.

The current iPad Pros are overdue for replacement. They still have the A12Z.

iMacs could most certainly come at the event but not really because of the stuff you pointed out. Here watch this for the evidence:

The Nobel Committee at the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences have nominated you for the Nobel prize.

If you are right, then you become a trusted Apple expert,
if not, everyone will laugh at you :)

Imagine if this amount of energy was put to use for something other than complete nonsense.
Why do people always have to be so salty?

I was 100% right even down to having them feature the italic "hello" during the presentation.

Sir, you can kiss my the rear of my new 24" iMac! :p
