I was curious on jailbreaking so I got a hold of Ziphone, jalilbroke my phone, messed around with it for an hour with the new apps, then restored it back to the original settings... Phones stiill working fine... but now im reading about Bootloaders and how Ziphone downgrades it or something.. after restoring, am I back to normal?

Yes, you should be back to the same as right out of the box(minus any hardware things)

Well I guess the flash memory has been through a few more write cycles, and the battery has been used a little more, but software wise, you should be fine.

Atleast as far as I know, I'm not super up to date on jailbreaking and the lot

lol you have no idea what your talking about.

If you ONLY jailbreaked and did not unlock you should still be on your original bootloader.

To be honest unless you want to return it to Apple for any reason I would not worry right now.

You can check your hardware/software stats if your still jailbreaked by downloading hardware info application from the utilities catagory in installer (but obviously you can't do that now!)

Thank you for the info.. I only jailbreaked and didnt unlock... Im glad everything is back to normal.

I assume Pwned is the best way to do it?

Also - is Ziphone Ok to use if youre only jealibreaking and not unlocking?
