Did iOS 15.1 remove the Apple Watch Battery Charging notification?

I just noticed that my iPhone 13 Pro Max did not have a notification that my Apple Watch has been fully charged.
 
Are you using sleep tracking? I think it only works if you got that feature turned on.
 
It's working for me. Luckily I didn't clear my notifications this morning...
