Prior to iPadOS 15.4, I could grab the three dots on the top of a multitasking window in SlideOver and move it around to the other side of the screen, drag to put it in fullscreen mode and basically everything else I’m able to do with using my finger on those dots. Now, trying to click & drag does nothing.

Anyone else have this happen? Is this a bug or done on purpose?

I can replicate this problem on a 2021 11” iPad Pro. Works fine with fingers but not at all with the Magic Keyboard. Using the trackpad, the multitasking buttons get bigger like I’ll be able to do something with them but they’re otherwise unresponsive.
Edit: I tested again on an Air 3 with the Logitech Combo Touch keyboard/trackpad, and the problem happens there too.

With Magic Keyboard?
Sorry, read right over the Magic Keyboard bit. However I do have the Logitech Folio Touch iPad Keyboard Case with Trackpad and Smart Connector for iPad Air (4th Generation). It has the same smart connector technology, supposely, so I tested with it just now. I can click on the 3 dots via the trackpad, and close the second app that way, but it won’t let me click and drag the app. So it seems at least partially broken for my keyboard case too.

I just hooked up a Logitech BT mouse to my iPad Air 2020 and have the same partial failure as I experience with the trackpad on my Logitech keyboard case. I can click on the 3 dots via the trackpad, and close the second app that way, but it won’t let me click and drag the app. This must be an iPadOS 15 bug since multiple devices from multiple companies are failing to be able to drag and resize a multitask app window.

A workaround to move the slide over app to the other side of the screen is to move the cursor to the right edge then swipe from the middle of the trackpad all the way to the right. This at least moves the app to the other side of the screen. But of course this is no replacement for what has been broken.
