After three months using a magsafe battery pack for some hours almost every day, my iPhone 13 Pro battery has suddenly went down from 100% to 96%.

Does magsafe charging really affect battery life this much?

That health number isn't to be taken literally. It's a very very fuzzy number, and 96% is not appreciably different than 100%. It would probably indicate the same if you had charged it with a wire. Don't worry about it. Just use your phone normally, and charge it however you want, whenever you want.

Thanks a lot 🙂.
Much appreciated!🙏

As far as I am concerned (others will think differently), the health number serves just one useful purpose. If it falls below 80% in less than 2 years, you're due a warranty replacement from Apple. Apple will look at it for that purpose, but I never look at it.
