Apple makes a big deal about store openings. They also put a lot of effort into design. Did the store impact your purchase of an Apple product? Would you feel the same if all they had were corner sections of Walmart? Maybe that's were Palm and Blackberry made there biggest mistake, fancy stores. Or does it come down to form and function. I noticed that Micorsoft and Samsung have followed the Apple model to a small degree.
