Did the itunes app store just get a ipad/iphone design update?

Before i couldnt select ipad spesific devices in categories.

But now, i can choose ipad/iphone on the top of the store, and then select entertainment, and i get the best entertainment apps for ipad, has it allways been like that?

The entire App Store now has an iPhone/iPad tab at the top. Finally!

I was on it earlier today and was wishing this would be updated with separate iPhone and iPad sections.
