All Devices Did the latest iOS and iPadOS update break the TV App?

All my Home videos from the Library on the TV App have vanished. And they don't sync back from the iMac Pro desktop. Both on iPhone XS and iPad 4.

One small clue: Only one movie syncs and it is a MPEG-4 file. The MOV files do not sync. Something seems to have changed in the latest update.

Anyone with any ideas?
