Did they put back pinch to zoom in Finder?

They removed this handy feature in lion. When you want to zoom in icon view, you have to make sure your status bar is visible. And then you can use that scroll thing to zoom..Why on earth they removed this feature (pinch to zoom) is a mystery, and completely inconsistent with the rest of the os..

Anyway did they put this gesture back in ML?

not to mention that scroll bar thing only works 50% of the time for me if that

I can't believe how hard finder sucks...Also the transparant scrollbar always (temporarily) overlaps the bottom file when in listview (Yes I know I can put scrollbars always visible to resolve this but that's not the point).
