I hope they sue the crap out of them and I don't normally like lawsuits. Its a blatant rip off of Expose right down to the control panel layout. I mean I'm glad these folks like the feature so much, but I hope Apple is pursuing ever possible legal angle out there.

Of course, here is an odd theory, what if Apple is marketing this through a third party to give people a taste of what life is like on Mac OS? I don't think its likely, and from what I've heard the effects aren't nearly as smooth as on a Mac, but it is an interesting thought.

its VERY sluggish - i have a very nippy pc and its dog slow, even with no animation - we're talking a good 10-20s to show all windows, even with only 4 open!
