So... we've all seen the screen shots of these new specs, but how many people have actually gotten one of these Super Mac Minis?

It would do the forum well, post your specs... if you've ordered a mini in the last week. If you got a super mini or not, gives us all an idea of whats going on, post the first 5 digits of your serial too.

.....Super being the 64meg video card, and 8x dvdr.

Well, I don't have a super mini, but I have an interesting mini purchasing experience. I just purchased a refurbished Mac mini on tuesday from Apple's online store. I bought the $399 model which is supposed to have the following specs: 1.25/256/40/COMBO.

The mini came yesterday...it has 512MB ram instead of 256 and it has airport and bluetooth installed!!! To top it off, the hard drive is a 5200rpm model.

It came with 10.3.7 installed, but Tiger upgrade disk was included in the box.

mike,

That is a great bargain! Congratulations. $399, for a great Mac Mini. Well done. It isn't uncommon, for people to get better systems, when they order refurbs.
