I upgraded, jailbreaked and unlocked my iPhone from version 1.0.2 (OTB) to version 1.1.4 a while ago. I used ZiPhone for all this cause it seemed to be the easiest way to do it.
Since then, I've had NO problems at all with my iPhone.
I'm planning on updating to version 2.0 once there's an easy way to unlock & jailbreak.
I've read that ZiPhone makes some permanent changes to the bootloader (is it called like that, I don't even know what exactly it is). Will having used ZiPhone cause any trouble? Will I be able to upgrade easily? Is this reversible with some other software?
I hope I didn't ruin my iPhone! I totally love it, I'm even switching to mac because of it!
PS: I'm not planning on using ZiPhone ever again!
