Sat at my desk my iphone records an ookla speedtest of 384Mbps, (6 metres clear sight to an asus router connected to a fibre modem) however my 2010 imac i7 connected with 20 metres of cat 7 cable gets a maximum of 300 Mbps, anyone know why this is? (I eliminated the kink problem etc as tested before stapling the cable for neatness)
